1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "365win," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the 365win platform, licensed under an international gaming licence to provide online gaming and sports betting services.
• "Platform" means the 365win website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming, betting, account, and payment services accessible at 365win.lol.
• "Member," "you," or "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a 365win account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by you on the 365win Platform, through which gaming, betting, deposit, and withdrawal services are accessed.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance or equivalent digital currency balance held within your 365win Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet credit, cashback credit, or incentive amount added to your account by 365win, subject to promotional terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the cumulative betting turnover a Member must achieve before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification procedures that 365win may require members to complete at registration or at any subsequent point.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation of the Platform under its international gaming licence.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a 365win Account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 365win — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, or claiming promotional offers — you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accept the 365win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms;
• You have read and accept the 365win Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 365win Platform and close your Account. 365win reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 365win Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met throughout your use of 365win:

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 365win services, you must register a Member Account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

365win accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Pakistani members, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• All deposit transactions must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100, unless otherwise specified in applicable promotional materials. 365win may adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your 365win Account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• 365win does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 365win accepts no liability.
• All deposits are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. 365win reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that exceed certain thresholds or that exhibit patterns of concern.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact 365win support promptly if you believe a deposit has been processed incorrectly.

6 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as part of 365win's AML obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500, unless otherwise notified. 365win reserves the right to modify this threshold.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are between 5 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the time of submission.
• 365win reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML checks, or investigation of suspected policy violations.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from your account balance prior to withdrawal processing where applicable.
• 365win does not accept responsibility for delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

8 Gaming Rules & Sports Betting

All games and betting markets on the 365win Platform are subject to specific game rules communicated within the relevant game or market interface. The following general principles apply across all 365win gaming products:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. 365win does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the mathematical house edge disclosed in the relevant game's published Return to Player (RTP) figure.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment operated by trained professional dealers in monitored studio environments. 365win live games comply with all applicable standards for live gaming operations.
• Sports betting markets, including cricket betting covering PSL and international fixtures, are subject to the applicable sportsbook rules. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and locked upon confirmation of the bet.
• 365win reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing or odds error has occurred, where match integrity concerns arise, or where bets were placed after an event or market has been determined.
• In the event of a technical fault during a gaming session — including disconnection from a live dealer table — 365win will apply its technical fault resolution procedures to determine the outcome of any affected bets.
• The 365win decision on all gaming and betting disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure in Section 15.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365win Platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on 365win or any associated platform;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be void;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of any sporting event offered on the 365win sportsbook;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal purpose;
• Colluding with other players in any game format where collusion is possible;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 365win staff, live dealers, or other members through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 365win Platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first seeking resolution through 365win's customer support channels.

10 Account Suspension & Closure by 365win

365win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Chargeback or unauthorised payment reversal initiated by the Member;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment processor;
• 365win's reasonable determination that continued access to the Platform poses a legal, financial, reputational, or operational risk to the Company.

In the event of Account closure by 365win, any real-money Funds in the Account that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation period.

11 Responsible Gaming

365win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. 365win operates in accordance with responsible gaming standards required under its international gaming licence. The following tools are available to all 365win members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations. A notification will be issued when the session limit is reached, and the session will be closed if not manually extended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders may be enabled to prompt members to reflect on the duration and amount of their gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, the account is inaccessible for gaming and betting purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a longer-term or permanent self-exclusion from 365win. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 365win Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of 365win or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any 365win trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 365win intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action by the Company.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365win and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of winnings, data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• Technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or Platform unavailability;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions;
• Actions taken by 365win in good faith in accordance with its regulatory obligations, including account verification holds or transaction monitoring.

The 365win Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 365win makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

365win collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 365win Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the processing of your data for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and marketing communications where consent has been separately obtained.

365win implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You may exercise your data rights — including the right to access, rectification, erasure, and portability — by contacting the 365win support team through the contact details provided in Section 17.

15 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising between you and 365win in connection with your use of the Platform, the following resolution procedure applies:

• Step 1 – Support Contact: Contact the 365win customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute including relevant dates, amounts, and game or transaction references. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to the 365win compliance team. A substantive response will be provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under whose jurisdiction 365win's gaming licence is issued. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from the 365win compliance team.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved through the above procedure.

16 Amendments to These Terms

365win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 365win will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Members via a notification on the Platform or by communication to the registered contact details on the Member's Account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.4.
